“It was an absolutely awesome, assuring, and excellent experience with hakuba sessions right from the moment I dialed the number from the website , 4days before we landed, till the end of our ski holiday. Greg came to my rescue right from the get go over the phone as I explained I forgot to book ski classes for myself and the kids. He managed to secure a ski coach for us for 3 days (over Christmas) and sorted all logistics within 24h. The excellent experience with Hakuba sessions continued when Katia showed up on day 1 and took us on our ski classes. She was super awesome and patient with me - being the worst skier of the lot and I felt I’d improved a lot just spending a day with her. We had varying ski experiences and it wasn’t a problem at all for Katia. The kids enjoyed every moment with her, learnt some ski tricks and I felt really assured and safe she was around and could take the kids up to the tougher runs.
